Shipping Delays

Please note: Due to increased demand during the Black Friday period, our dispatch and delivery times may be longer than usual. These delays are likely to continue through the Christmas and New Year holiday season. We're working closely with our courier and delivery partners to get your orders to you as quickly and safely as possible. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

 


Shipping Definitions

  • Standard Shipping to the Door
    Your item will be delivered to the front door of your home or building. Delivery teams will not carry items inside, upstairs, or past apartment lobbies. We recommend having another person available to assist in receiving and handling your item.

  • Standard Shipping to Room of Choice
    The item will be delivered inside your property and placed in the room of your choice. This service does not include assembly, unpacking, or removal of packaging. Assistance is recommended if you require help setting up or assembling your item.

  • Premium Delivery (Unpack, Rubbish Removal & Assembly)
    Your item(s) will be brought into your chosen room, unpacked, assembled, and all packaging materials will be removed by the delivery team. This service does not include installation or mounting of items to walls, ceilings, or relocation of existing furniture.

Note: Standard Shipping to the Door does not include assembly, adding sofa legs or covers, furniture relocation, or installation to floors/walls/ceilings.
Delivery fees are charged per delivery. Multiple deliveries may incur additional charges.

Dispatch Information

Dispatch occurs when your order is collected by one of our courier or delivery partners. Delivery timelines depend on your location and the courier network. Please refer to your tracking link for the most accurate updates on your order’s progress.

  • Smaller Items
    For in-stock items, standard dispatch occurs within 2–3 business days. We partner with a variety of courier services to ensure speedy delivery.

  • Larger Furniture Items
    Most of our furniture comes fully assembled or requires minimal setup. For these orders, we use specialised bulky goods transport services. Please allow 3–4 business days for dispatch. Our team will contact you to arrange the next available delivery window.

How We Ship

  • Small Items
    Shipped via our national courier partners directly from our warehouse. You’ll receive tracking details once your item has been dispatched.

  • Larger Items
    Delivered by one of our trusted local freight or bulky goods delivery partners. You will be contacted directly to coordinate your delivery date and time.

  • Free Shipping
    Offered on selected products and applies only to designated postcodes, as indicated on product listings.

 


Australian Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and selected shipping method. We work with a broad network of delivery providers, allowing you to choose the most suitable option for your needs.
