Shipping Policy – Delivery Within Australia

At Genex Australia, we are committed to ensuring a seamless delivery experience for our customers. Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking notification email confirming that your item(s) have left our warehouse and are on their way to you with the courier.
The tracking information will include the courier’s name, tracking number (where available), and contact details for your convenience.
Depending on the nature of your order, we provide one of the following delivery services:
Bulky & Heavy Items (e.g., Sofas, Tables, Large Furniture)
For larger items, we partner with trusted local or interstate removalists to ensure a safe and reliable delivery. A representative will contact you at least one day prior to the estimated delivery date to confirm the ETA. Please note that due to the size and weight of these items, delivery is limited to the ground floor only.
Smaller Items (e.g., Accessories, Smaller Furniture Pieces)
For smaller orders, we use general carriers such as Australia Post or Toll. If you’re not available at the time of delivery, the courier will leave a card with instructions to collect your order from your local post office. Alternatively, if another carrier is used, they will provide a card with details to arrange a suitable re-delivery time. A tracking number for online monitoring is typically provided.
